Privacy Statement

Chuck Elliott Studio is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out how your personal data will be processed and protected.

Please do get in touch

Please do get in touch with me, if you’d like to, especially if you feel your privacy has not been taken seriously.

I am a fine artist, endeavouring to navigate the ever more complex world of the internet, whilst making the best artwork I can here in the studio. It’s a complex and challenging task.

It is NOT my intention to abuse anyone’s privacy, so please do get in touch if you have concerns or complaints, I will respond respectfully, hopefully with an agreeable solution.

It goes without saying that I will be happy to delete your personal data from my system, immediately, at your request. That would be absolutely no problem! And sincere apologies in advance for any intrusion that my site, newsletter or blog may have caused.

In reality, I don’t hold any data beyond a name and email address for my occasional email newsletter, and perhaps a postal address and phone number if you are or have been a customer of the studio.

The studio’s website does use Google Analytics, alongwith Squarespace and Active Campaign cookies, for the purpose of managing and promoting the site, newsletter and blog, which I hope may be of interest.

Please do email me directly here - studio@chuckelliott.com
